Gustafsberg has been a center for wellness all since the area’s mineral spring was discovered in the 1700’s. Followed by the seaside resort era the place has always attracted visitors seeking the combination of a healthy body and peace of mind. And to have a good time, of course. Besides all other activities on offer Yoga fits perfectly into the historical and present ambition.
We run Yoga classes three days a week all summer, all through June, July and August. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 17.30 you can unwind with a Yoga session in our 120 year old barn, which is a fabulous environment for a rewarding hour of Yoga. Depending on the weather we might move outside to our Yoga deck, or to the nearby society park or the shore of the fjord.
Our classes are lead by Robin Byström Grein, in a variety of yoga styles. As an avid climber and sea kayaker Robin assures that after a day in the kayak or on the climbing crag there is no way better to finish your day than with a Yoga class. It’s an unbeatable way to losen up your body’s muscles again, and to let your experiences reach another spiritual dimension.
Dates
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from June 4th until August 29th at 17.30 – 18.30.

Price
• Single class / session: 200 SEK.
• 10-classes pass: 1.500 SEK
•SummerYoga pass: 3.500 SEK
